My paintings are based on my emotional perceptions and philosophical considerations of time and place. The intentional and discordant juxtaposition of object and space in my work presents the viewer with an opportunity to consider a perspective that is often unseen or missed. |

Mystical, evocative images, stir the imagination from natural structures with bold and moving surreal images that will continuously stir the imagination of the discerning collector. With Durand Seay's intuitive character, guided by spontaneity, his work expresses a sensual and abstractive language. |

"Visualizing Whirled Peas" is the theme Julie Ross uses in her works, implementing ideas of world peace based on conscious and sub-conscious levels. She incorporates this message into her work by painting green spherical "peas." Julie believes that placing these symbols into her work triggers thoughts of peace to all people on all levels. From the most personal level to the global ambition of her work's overriding mission, Julie's art puts into action the power in each of us to effect positive change.

On each canvas the situation is changed and the figures react differently, their relationship becoming either or harmonious or destructive, cooperative or competitive, and even more complex as other elements are introduced into their situation. For them as for us, life is relationships, a series of unlikely but common bonds that unite predator and prey, man and woman, east and west.
On all levels these relationships are triumphant, tense, common, complex, and all carry equal parts of struggle and harmony |

Alex’s photography finds inspiration on everyday objects transforming them on one-of-a-kind pieces of photography. His inspiration is drawn over passion for art, music, design, and architecture. Color, saturation, line, and composition are all channels to offer the viewer the possibility of discovering unseeing perspectives.

I am a female human working stiff plagued with the constant need to make stuff. Mostly I make pictures of the things I can’t find words for – out of whatever is handy; I like making do. My influences include (but are not limited to): that guy over there, stuff I see on the ground, my dog, grass, beer, you, bricks with chipped corners, my childhood, the fate of mankind, bad decisions, love, hip hop, car trouble, god, great sex, terrible sex, money, armpit hair, fear, crappy TV, Fleet Farm, shiny objects, everything else.

Whether working with mixed media on wood or glue and latex on canvas my search for creating a visual dialogue has been evolving organically. This searching is infused in my current body of works. |

Heart and Mind: it is my heart that leads me on my journeys of discovery. My painting is the extension of my thoughts—how I perceive the world, and the sensations that create my images and words. Conversations, the pluck of an instrument’s string, or personal experiences in my life are the core of my art. I create my images so I will live on. I want the world to know my dreams and see through my visions. A Kawai painting, sculpture or poem is my voice...and my story. |
